Neither Skype nor PayPal have mentioned whether the feature can be used for businesses. The service is currently limited to 22 countries around the world, including the US, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and others. They can use any version of Skype, and of course they must have a PayPal account.

You will need the latest version of the Skype mobile app, but this doesn’t apply to the person you are sending the money to. In an official post on the company blog, the Skype team said transferring funds is going to be as easy as swiping right on your mobile device, tapping Send Money and finalizing the process.
